Paul James Cardwell is Professor of Law and Vice Dean (Education) at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King\u2019s College London. He is also the editor of the leading interdisciplinary journal JCMS: Journal of Common Market Studies. His research focuses on the law and politics of the EU\u2019s external relations, and in particular on migration.
