Migration and International Protection Law Seminar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As part of the\u00a0Jean Monnet Chair in Legal Aspects of Migration Management in the EU and in T\u00fcrkiye, we successfully held the\u00a0Migration and International Protection Law Seminar<\/em>\u00a0on\u00a018 October 2025<\/strong>\u00a0at the\u00a0Bilkent University Faculty of Law<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seminar provided an in-depth exploration of the international legal dimensions of migration governance, states\u2019 protection obligations, and both international and regional protection regimes. Participants engaged in a comprehensive discussion of current challenges in the implementation of migration law in T\u00fcrkiye, while also analyzing contemporary judicial decisions and the European Union\u2019s legal framework on international protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
